We only collect information necessary to provide our services and do not collect sensitive personal data unless required to fulfill a service request.

  • Communications data, including information shared during virtual meetings conducted via third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

3. Payment Information

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • Live chat and chatflows (HubSpot)

  • Email communications

  • Newsletter sign-ups (opt-in only)

  • Payment checkout (Stripe)

  • Website analytics tools (HubSpot Tracking Code, Google Analytics)

  • Virtual meetings and consultations conducted via third-party conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams.

5. Purpose of Data Use

We use collected information solely for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Providing consulting and profile management services

  • Managing client relationships

  • Responding to inquiries and support requests

  • Processing payments

  • Sending newsletters and service-related communications (with opt-out)

  • Improving website functionality and services

  • Legal, accounting, and compliance obligations

We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling - in plain language, we do not use automated systems to make decisions about individuals. All service decisions are made by a human.

6. Google, Bing, and Apple Business Profile Management

As part of our services, we may temporarily be granted ownership or management access to client business profiles for setup or optimization purposes.

  • Access is used only to perform agreed-upon services

  • Ownership is transferred back to the client where applicable

  • We do not share profile data, login credentials, or business information with third parties

  • All access is handled securely and revoked when no longer required

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal or business data under any circumstance.

Information may be shared only with:

  • Service providers necessary to operate the business (e.g., HubSpot, Stripe, website hosting)

  • We may use third-party communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams to conduct virtual meetings, consultations, and demonstrations.
  • Information shared during Zoom meetings (including names, email addresses, audio, video, and chat content) is processed in accordance with Zoom’s privacy and security policies.   • We may use third-party accounting and bookkeeping software to manage invoicing, financial records, and tax compliance. These providers may process limited client and transaction information solely for accounting and compliance purposes and are required to maintain appropriate security measures.

  • Legal or regulatory authorities, if required by law

We will never disclose:

  • Client trade secrets

  • Business formation details

  • Internal operations

  • Confidential consultation information

without express written consent or legal obligation.

8. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for:
